Carinne Geil Botta is an Edinburgh-based food and travel writer and food policy researcher.With over a decade of experience in education and research, from universities to non-profits to start-ups, she has amassed additional expertise in editing, advising, and communications.Her professional expertise and personal experiences, coupled with her creativity and emphasis on storytelling, shapes her writing style and unique voice in journalism.
